The New Frontier Starfleet Academy |
Welcome to the Academy. we have designed this academy in order to
ensure that everyone has a good understanding of exactly how role playing
in general, and The New Frontier in particular, works. Every member
of the New Frontier, including the Admirals lol, are required to attend
the Academy and successfully complete it. Mind you, this is not a
difficult task and if you read the material you will pass the test, it's
that simple. This is not designed to be a obsticle that must be over come
to prove your worthiness, but rather as a tool to help you enjoy the game
and participate in it fully.
In order to complete the Academy and officially begin role playing on
the ship of your choice you are required to read each of these chapters,
complete the exam via email, and then contact either the CO of the ship
you applied to or Fleet Admiral Michal Montgomery if you are wanting us
to assign you to a ship. This is not a final exam like in college
or high school and you should not spend hours memorizing the matierial.
After all, it's always here for your reference and you can use the chapters
when taking the exam lol. In theory, you should be able to sit down
and complete this entire process in an hour or two.
